Summary

Laura is left a very strange legacy by a distant aunt whom she just barely remembers from her childhood. Wheels are set in motion when she opens her legacy to go back in time and trace her aunt's life from adored rich girl, to a destitute servant for her husband's relations and her drug addict son. However, things improve eventually and through forces that are unexplainable and, maybe, even extraterrestrial, Bessy sets in motion an amazing time-travel experience for Laura, but will this have deadly consequences and what will happen if time is tampered with?
