Notes:
Enham Village Centre was set up by the Village Centres Council to provide care and training for men disabled on the Western Front. It became the only Centre set up by the Village Centres Council. Its purpose was "for the medical treatment and training of ex-servicemen suffering from the effects of amputations, neurasthenia, shell shock or fever". The first intake arrived in the summer of 1919.
